Need an Official Docket or Record?
Use the court level and the type of item needed to route a Douglas County request:
- A certified copy: order it from the clerk or court that holds the original case record
- A Superior Court document or docket: contact the Douglas County Clerk of Superior Court or use the county's official document-request channel
- A District or municipal file: contact Douglas County District Court or East Wenatchee Municipal Court, whichever heard the case
- A court date: review Court Dates, then confirm the current setting with the responsible court
- Reference case information: use Case Lookup, but obtain an official file from the court of record

Washington GR 31 governs general access to court records, while GR 22 restricts specified family-law and guardianship records. RCW 42.56 is Washington's Public Records Act, but Douglas County states that its ordinary agency-record request route does not handle judicial case files.
